## About

Body Reset Recovery was founded by Trey and Nyasha Howard to bring professional-grade recovery tools to Southern Maryland — a market previously underserved for full-spectrum recovery services. Trey Howard brings an extensive background as an athlete and coach. The studio is self-funded with no outside investors and is community-rooted.
