- Is Body Reset only for competitive athletes? No. While Body Reset was built with athletes in mind, the majority of our members aren't competitive athletes - they're parents, professionals, first responders, and retirees who want to move better, sleep better, and feel less beat up by daily life. Red light therapy, salt therapy, infrared sauna, and compression are all gentle modalities with no intensity threshold. You don't have to train hard to benefit from recovery. You just have to have a body.
- Do I have to use all eight modalities? No. Use one, stack two, or let us help you design a sequence around your goals. There's no wrong way to recover.
- What's included in every session? Every visit gives you access to Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Compression Therapy, Salt Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and PEMF Therapy. Use one or use all six – there’s no limit per visit.
- What's NOT included in memberships? Cryotherapy and Assisted Stretching are add-ons. Renew members receive 30% off both. All other members can book them at standard pricing.
- Is Body Reset safe if I have a health condition? Most of our modalities are safe for healthy adults, but certain conditions require extra care. Cold plunge and contrast therapy are not recommended for individuals with uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, Raynaud's syndrome, or pregnancy. Infrared sauna is generally not recommended during pregnancy or for those with heat sensitivity. If you have any chronic health condition, are on medication, or have concerns, we ask that you consult your physician before your first visit and let our staff know during intake. Your safety is not optional.
- How often should I come to see real results? For most members, 2–3 sessions per week is the sweet spot - enough frequency for benefits to compound without overdoing it. That said, it depends on your goal. If you're training hard, daily use of compression or percussion after workouts is reasonable. If you're managing chronic stress or poor sleep, consistent weekly visits to the infrared sauna and salt therapy room tend to produce noticeable results within 3–4 weeks. Recovery, like training, rewards consistency over intensity. One great session won't change your baseline.
- What should I wear and bring to my first visit? Wear athletic wear or a swimsuit - whatever you're comfortable moving and sweating in. For the cold plunge and infrared sauna, a swimsuit or athletic shorts work best. Towels, filtered water, and everything you need for your session are provided. Leave the jewelry at home.
- What happens when I join the waitlist? You'll receive updates on our opening date, your founding member confirmation, and priority booking access before we open to the public.
- How does weekly billing work? Your membership renews automatically each week. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice - no penalty, no runaround.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? Yes. Contact us and we'll adjust your plan at the next billing cycle.
- Is the founding member rate really locked in forever? Yes. The $12.99/week rate is yours for as long as you remain a member. We will never raise your rate.
- What's the difference between a drop-in visit and a membership? Drop-in visitors pay per session and can book any available modality. Members get reduced per-session rates, and the ability to build a consistent weekly protocol - which is where the real results come from. Our founding membership locks in a lifetime rate before we open, which will always be lower than our standard membership. If you plan to visit more than once or twice a month, membership pays for itself quickly.
- Is Body Reset open to walk-ins, or do I need to book ahead? Walk-ins are welcome. If it's your first visit, give yourself an extra 10–15 minutes so we can walk you through the space and build your protocol before your session starts.
- Where exactly are you located? 8061 Branch Avenue, Clinton, MD 20735 - serving PG County, Charles County, and the greater Southern Maryland area. Opening Summer 2026.
